| The Professional Gas Convection Oven by DCS is designed to provide the discriminating operator a value conscious alternative to a general purpose oven designed to bake, roast and rethermalize a variety of food products quicker and at lower temperatures. The oven was engineered to perform multi-rack cooking evenly on all six racks maximizing the oven's production. The oven is equipped with a large door window and interior lights which allows full view of the oven interior. The oven is superior because it uses a large volume of low velocity air which is drawn over the product into the center of the convection system. This provides the right amount of heat circulation for superior baking, without the damaging high velocity blasts of air used in other ovens. In addition our transverse burner design evenly distributes heat across the oven bottom similar to the method used for years in the world's best deck ovens. And at 50,000 BTU's you'll save on energy costs. Making our oven even more efficient is a pilotless electronic ignition and an exclusive lowered flue exit to utilize the maximum amount of heat from the flue products before venting them from the oven.
