A GUIDE TO THE PROCEDURES IN EQUIPPING YOUR PIZZA SHOP After you select your location, provide Olender Equipment with a rough sketch of your building showing the following: *
0ver-all interior dimensions of the building * Note door locations & sizes. * Note window locations if any and sizes. * Existing restroom dimensions and facility locations. * Existing plumbing of any kind & floor drains. * Existing electrical outlets, electrical panel & telephone service panel. * Note electrical power available- voltage, phase, & amps. *
Locate any air conditioning and heating units. * Note which direction the building faces. *
Indicate whether building has a flat or pitched roof. * Include your menu so we know what equipment to use. Provided with the above information Joe Mills, who has done hundreds of pizza store layouts, will draw a blueprint of your proposed facility. Your equipment will be properly located for the most efficient workflow possible.
Upon approval of your floor plan and the placing of your equipment order,
plumbing and electrical rough-in specifications will be provided in your
layout for the food service equipment specified.
Included in our service is supplying any information on equipment for
Building, Health
and Fire Department approvals and preparation of any forms or
paperwork that applies to the equipment required.
Note: If architectural or engineering sealed drawings are required etc. we
DO NOT Olender Equipment ships equipment nationwide. Installations require locally licensed electricians, plumbers, heating and cooling and ventilation contractors. These trades people are not provided by Olender Equipment, you may have a general contractor or are your own contractor by hiring individual electricians, plumber's etc. yourself. All equipment for your project will be gathered in your warehouse for
pick-up by your Prices quoted by Olender Equipment are off our or the manufacturers dock and DO NOT include freight or shipping charges unless specified.
To insure equipment will be on hand and ready for your installation,
orders should be XLT ovens are most commonly delivered installed and demonstrated by the manufacturer. We recommend that you not schedule any grand openings until you know all equipment is installed, operating properly and all inspections have been passed. Announcing an opening then failing to open on time is bad for business.
