HOW YOUR SYSTEM WORKS

(1) Hot air created by baking a drawn up into the hood

(2) Hot air is passed over baffle filters

(3) Hot air leaves building through exhaust duct

(4) Exhaust part of combo fan discharges hot air up and away

(5) Fresh, outside, untempered supply air is drawn into combo fan from roof - no heating, no cooling

(6) Supply air is blown into hood through supply duct

(7) Fresh air (up to 80% of exhaust) is distributed into hood

(8) Some room air (as little as 20% of exhaust) is drawn from room

(9) Radiant heat is reflected back at oven

(*) 18-gauge stainless steel constructed to NFPA96 standards

(*) Hoods are UL classified and labeled

(*) Hoods are NSF approved and labeled

(*) UL listed components and accessories

(*) Insulated supply air compartment

(*) Single exhaust/supply combo fan

(*) 115 volt fan motors @ 5.6 amps each
Four (4) required

(*) Units complete with curb and rooftop duct work

(*) Stainless steel heat shield to retain radiant heat from oven

A SAVING OF UP TO
2,200 CUBIC FEET OF AIR

A saving of up to 2,200 cubic feel of air per minute may be expected over conventional systems. This saving can result in reduced equipment operating costs and may reduce original equipment costs prior to construction.

  

ENERGY SAVINGS ARE ASSURED!!

Energy savings are assured by a reduction in the total amount of air exhausted from the building and a replacement of up to 80% of the air with unheated or uncooled make-up air.
