XLT service problems have been so low that a second year of service and parts warranty has been added. The policy covers parts and service. The procedure is: Phone the manufacturer if a problem occurs (24 HR phone service is maintained) the majority of problems can be resolved by phone. If the problem is not solved by phone a service call will be authorized. The client then calls in the service company of their choice; Service company phones manufacturer with the diagnoses of the problem, manufacturer authorizes service and any part replacement required. Manufacture may request that the service company return certain parts that can be rebuilt.

90 DAY |

|
If a client finds in the first 90 days of ownership they are dissatisfied with the XLT oven they may return the oven for full credit of the purchase price against the purchase of any other oven they select. This return policy does not cover the costs of installation, removal or shipping of the oven.
