How the XLT conveyor oven line
was developed and why it is so well priced.
For many years Olender and the manufacturer of the XLT line have been major remanufacturers of conveyor ovens. We have had the opportunity to observe first hand any shortcomings of all the used ovens on the market and to find ways to overcome those problems. As we grew in the remanufacturing field we outsourced all the parts of the ovens and found them amazingly inexpensive compared to buying parts from the oven manufacturers. Our co-company was also equipped for metal bending and forming. They began making all the stainless steel panels, doors, window frames and other components for ovens. When they got to the point where they were making or outsourcing virtually all components, they found they were, in many instances, making an almost completely new oven. They then went ahead and built all the components of an oven, assembled it and found it worked beautifully. When they tallied up all of the costs they found that they could build ovens and sell them for about the same price as our professionally remanufactured units. As we knew the complaints against the ovens on the market we incorporated many improvements in our models. Ease of cleaning, all stainless steel interiors, ease of installation, availability of parts, low cost service, higher BTU's available to handle any load, exterior fusing so anyone can check for a blown fuse plus many other subtle improvements. Because buyers complained of higher factory parts prices and that parts were only available through "authorized" factory agencies we used components that are available from any industrial supply company such as Grainger and those components are 1/3 to 1/2 less costly than those used by other oven manufacturers. Service was another complaint of oven users Most oven manufacturers have only one official service agency, that tics the oven owner down to one source even if that source is inadequate to the owners needs. The XLT oven can be serviced by any service company including heating & cooling service companies
The above is not to indicate that XLT ovens require much service. Our buyers have encountered almost no problems. Our warranty service has been so little as to be inconsequential. We are bringing an outstanding product to market at an amazingly low price and one that will serve oven owners for years and years at the lowest operating cost possible. WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BECOME ONE OF OUR SATISFIED OVEN USERS. |
